Hi and Welcome!

My daughter, Baby Olivia, was born 6 months ago and since then I have learned the beauty of being a stay at home mommy and still learning. I'll admit... it has been somewhat of an adjustment. I had always envisioned being able to do it all - the career, the perfect mom and wife and the social butterfly ... errrr not happening as perfectly! I still plan to work someday - the graduate loan is coming due. 

But as for now, I'm enjoying my daughter and seeing her grow into this beautiful, confident and loving little person.  My graduate degree is in social work and I've had a passion for family and child development since forever ago. So, with a combination of education, work and life experience; I've been inspired to start this blog.  My goal is to get readers to help their babies thrive in a happy, healthy environment. As I'm learning, this time goes by so fast! And an added bonus - it will make our lives easier.
